Hi everybody!!
I went to Dublin a few days ago, on holiday (beautiful city, beautiful people!), and unfortunately I got a bad tonsillitis because of the rain… Then now I’m home trying my best to get well as soon as possible and to help my body I eat a lot of raw food.
Today for lunch I had this amazing salad I wanna share with you!!
Using the doses below I made 2 servings of salad and I got left about 400 gr of chopped food that I put (without seasoning) in the freezer using small bags.
Ingredients:
Broccoli 500 gr (I use the core of the stem and the leaves too)
1 red onion
Semi dried cherry tomatoes
Pine nuts
Almonds
Taggiasche olives
Lettuce
Piccadilly tomatoes
Corn (this is not raw, don’t use it if you want a totally raw meal)
Lemon juice
Extra virgin olive oil
Seaweed gomasio
Method:
Super easy and fast!
Clean and wash broccoli, lettuce and tomatoes.
Cut broccoli and onion, put them into your Thermomix, add semi dried tomatoes, pine nuts, olives and almonds. Chop for 5 seconds, speed 5.
Now put it into a bowl with lettuce, corn and fresh tomatoes.
Add a drizzle of lemon juice and oil, then sprinkle some gomasio on the top.
Enjoy!
Ciao a tutti!!
Olio evo
Gomasio con alghe
Procedimento:
Super facile e veloce!
Pulite e lavate broccoli, lattuga e pomodori.
Buon appetito!
