Hello everyone!
First of all…HAPPY NEW YEAR!!!
This is my first recipe for the new year, I’ve been a little bit busy in these days, also because I really needed to sleep a lot 😂😂😴😴
Then I’ve been cooking but I’ve had no time to write my recipes down…so now I have to make up! 😱😱😱
I’m going to start with this delicious savory pie, we’ve enjoyed it a lot! 😉 Then I’ll share with you cakes, appetizers, vegan cheese, raw pastries…I mean, STAY TUNED! 😁
Ingredients (for a 28 cm diameter mold):
795 gr cleaned Savoy cabbage
200 gr leek
2 garlic cloves
580 gr potatoes
180 gr lentils (boiled weight)
Extra virgin olive oil
Tamari sauce
Ground dried rosemary, oregano and sage
Cayenne pepper
Corn breading
Black sesame seeds
Method:
Heat some oil in a pan, then add the chopped leek and garlic and stir-fry.
Add the shredded cabbage, cover, lower the flame and cook until it softens.
Peel, dice and steam the potatoes, then mash them using a fork.
Add the mashed potatoes and the boiled lentils into the pan. Pour some oil and tamari sauce (to season), sprinkle some herbs and pepper and blend using a wooden spoon.
Move the mixture into the (lined with parchment paper) mold, then sprinkle some corn breading and sesame seeds on it. Pour a drizzle of oil.
Cook in preheated oven to 190* for about 30′ + 3′ on grill function.
Let it cool down before serving.
Enjoy!
Ciao a tutti!
Buon appetito!
