Lukewarm green beans and tofu salad / Insalata tiepida di fagiolini e tofu

Hello everyone!

The way I prefer the most to eat green beans is steamed, with potatoes and onions! What about you?

This time I decided to use instead raw tomatoes and steamed tofu and…I enjoied it so much!

It’s simple, just steam everything but tomatoes 😉

Ingredients (for 2 servings):

500 gr green beans

4 medium potatoes

3 cuore di bue tomatoes

125 gr tofu

Seaweed gomasio

Extra virgin olive oil

Method:

Wash and clean the green beans, peel and cube the potatoes, dice the tofu and cut the tomatoes.

Steam your tofu with the green beans and the potatoes.

Put them in a bowl with the raw tomatoes, dress with oil and seaweed gomasio and serve!

Ciao a tutti!

Il modo che preferisco in assoluto per mangiare i fagiolini è a vapore, con patate e cipolle! E voi?

Questa volta ho deciso di usare invece pomodori a crudo e tofu cotto a vapore e…mi è piaciuto un sacco!

E’ semplice, cuocete tutto a vapore tranne i pomodori 😉

Ingredienti (per 2 porzioni):

500 gr fagiolini

4 patate medie

3 pomodori cuore di bue

125 gr tofu

Gomasio con alghe

Olio evo

Procedimento:

Lavate e pulite i fagiolini, pelate e fate a dadini le patate, fate a cubetti il tofu e tagliate a pezzi i pomodori.

Cuocete a vapore il tofu con i fagiolini e le patate.

Metteteli in una terrina con i pomodori a crudo, guarnite con olio e gomasio con alghe e servite!
