Edamame beans (steamed immature soybeans)

Dressing:
Vegan Mayo
Tahini paste (A paste made from ground sesame seeds; used to make hummus, baba ghanoush etc)
Extra virgin olive oil
Fresh lemon juice
Gomashio (a dry condiment, made from unhulled sesame seeds (goma) and salt (shio)) with dried seaweeds
Easy, fast and delicious! Love it!
