Raw chocolate bonbons / Bonbons crudisti al cioccolato

Hello everyone!

Are you looking for a yummy way to use your almond and walnut okara (meaning what’s left from your homemade milk)? Here it is!!

If you don’t make your own milk, you can use ground walnuts and almonds 😉

Ingredients (for 14 bonbons):

130 gr walnut and almond okara

70 gr raw chocolate

55 gr pitted dates (I use mazafati dates)

20 gr flax seeds

Method:

If you use other kinds of dates you will probably need to soak them at first.

Put the okara, seeds and dates into your food processor and blend.

Melt the chocolate in a bain-marie and pour it into the food processor, then blend again.

Use your hands to shape little balls,

then dehydrate (raw program, maximum 42*) for about 20 hours.

State cercando un modo goloso per usare la vostra okara (ciò che residua dall’auto produzione di latte) di noci e mandorle? Eccolo!!

Se non auto producete il latte, potete usare noci e mandorle macinate 😉

Ingredienti (per 14 bonbon):

130 gr okara di noci e mandorle

70 gr cioccolato crudo

55 gr datteri snocciolati (io uso i mazafati)

20 gr semi di lino

Procedimento:

Se usate altri tipi di datteri avrete probabilmente bisogno di ammollarli prima.

Mettete okara, semi e datteri nel mixer e frullate.

Sciogliete il cioccolato a bagnomaria e versatelo nel mixer, poi frullate di nuovo.

Usate le mani per dare forma ai bonbon,

poi essiccate (programma crudista, max 42*) per circa 20 ore.

Strafogatevi!
