Tofu, olive and cherry tomatoes cheese spread / Spalmabile di tofu, olive e pomodorini

Hello everyone!

This cream cheese spread is as simple as tasty, I enjoyed it a lot, hope you’ll like it too!

I had some tofu close to the expiring date, and I thought: “nothing better than a cheese spread!”…and I finished it in 2 days haha!

Ingredients:

200 gr tofu

72 gr pitted green olives

45 gr semi-dried cherry tomatoes

1 tbsp nutritional yeast

3 tbsp water

Method:

Just dice your tofu and put all the ingredients into your food processor.

Blend and enjoy!

Questo spalmabile è tanto semplice quanto buono, mi è piaciuto da matti, spero piaccia anche a voi!

Avevo un panetto di tofu prossimo alla scadenza ed ho pensato: “niente è meglio di uno spalmabile!”…e l’ho fatto fuori in 2 giorni ahah!

Ingredienti:

200 gr tofu

72 gr olive verdi snocciolate

45 gr ciliegini semi-secchi

1 cucchiaio lievito alimentare

3 cucchiai acqua

Procedimento:

Tagliate a dadini il tofu e mettete tutti gli ingredienti nel mixer.

Frullate e gustate!
