Roasted marinated pumpkin / Zucca marinata al forno

Hellooooo!!

Are you looking for a very simple but super tasty pumpkin recipe? Here it is!!

I think it’s a delicious side dish and I hope you’ll like this really simple idea.

Ingredients:

500 gr pumpkin

For the marinade and dressing:

Extra virgin olive oil

Tamari sauce

Ground dried oregano, sage and rosemary

Cayenne pepper

Garlic

Method:

Peel and clean the pumpkin, then dice it.

Put all the marinade ingredients in a cup and blend using a fork, then pour it all over the pumpkin in a bowl.

Let it stand into the fridge for about 30/45′.

Move the pumpkin with the marinade (I used it as dressing too) into an oven pan.

Cook in preheated oven to 180* for about 30′.

State cercando una ricetta semplicissima ma super saporita per la zucca? Eccola!!

Penso che sia un contorno delizioso e spero vi piaccia quest’idea davvero semplice.

Ingredienti:

500 gr zucca

Per la marinatura e condimento:

Olio evo

Salsa tamari

Trito secco di origano, salvia e rosmarino

Peperoncino

Aglio

Procedimento:

Sbucciate e pulite la zucca, poi fatela a dadini.

Mettete tutti gli ingredienti per la marinatura in una tazza ed emulsionate con una forchetta, poi versatela a coprire la zucca in una terrina.

Fate riposare in frigo per 30/45′.

Trasferite la zucca con la marinatura (l’ho usata anche come condimento) in una pirofila.

Cuocete in forno preriscaldato a 180* per circa 30′.
