Hello everyone!
Here I am again with an other tofu recipe, I told you I’m experimenting tofu recipes I like, and that’s one of them!
This is an other single course, really complete because you have vegetables, tofu and potatoes.
Ingredients (for 2 persons):
600 gr peeled potatoes
265 gr clean savoy cabbage
80 gr leek
120 gr tofu
1 celery stalk
75 gr fennel (I used the hard parts, those I don’t eat in salads)
1 carrot
1 garlic clove
Semi-dried cherry tomatoes
Taggiasche olives
Seaweed gomasio to taste
1 tsp turmeric powder
Cayenne pepper to taste
Extra virgin olive oil
Method:
Heat some oil in a pan, then add the chopped leek, fennel, celery, carrot and garlic. Stir-fry until they soften.
Pour some more oil and heat it, then add the diced potatoes and brown them.
Now add the shredded cabbage and the diced tofu, keep the lid on and cook on a low flame for about 20/25′, until the potatoes are cooked.
Add some cherry tomatoes, some olives, the turmeric powder and the cayenne pepper. Pour a drizzle of oil and season to taste using gomasio.
Enjoy!
Ciao a tutti!
1 carota
1 spicchio d’aglio
Pomodori ciliegini semi-secchi
Olive taggiasche
Gomasio con alghe qb
1 cucchiaino curcuma in polvere
Peperoncino a piacere
Olio evo
Procedimento:
