Grated Savoury Pie / Tortino Grattugiato


Hello everybody!

Hope you all are fine, here it’s raining a lot…it makes me sad, so I react by cooking! 😉

I wanna share with you this easy and coloured recipe, hope you’ll like it!


Pumpkin 250 gr

Leeks 200 gr

Potatoes 280 gr

Black pepper


Gomashio with algae

Extra virgin olive oil

Corn breadcrumbs (toasted corn flour, there is no bread at all!)

Shelled hemp seeds


Grate all the vegetables, blend them in a mixing bowl with extra virgin olive oil, gomashio with algae, marjoram and black pepper.

Pour it in an oven pan (covered with wax paper), sprinkle corn breadcrumbs and hemp seeds on it.


Drizzle olive oil over the pie and bake in pre-heated oven at 180° for about 40′ (the last 5′ you can use the grill function).

Let it stand 10′ and…enjoy!

200 gr porri

280 gr patate

Pepe nero


Gomasio con alghe

Olio evo

Panatura di mais

Semi di canapa decorticati


Grattugiare (fori larghi) tutte le verdure, miscelare in una terrina con olio evo, gomasio con alghe, maggiorana e pepe.

Disporre su una teglia foderata con carta da forno, spolverare con panatura di mais e semi di canapa.


Dare un giro d’olio ed infornare a 180° per circa 40’ (gli ultimi 5’ potete usare funzione grill).

Lasciar riposare 10’ e…buon appetito!
